GEM from HEAVEN
Because of human fragility, trust in man should be tempered with the possibility of failure. This we all can attest to as we look at our own failures from time to time. Sure, the hope is for all to be able to do what one say they will do. However, that is not always the case because of certain extenuating circumstances. With that in mind, who can we wholly trust without failure?
Here is the GEM: we are to serve the true and living God in whom we should place all our trust. Our lives are to be wholly given to Him because He will not fail. What He promises about us whether righteous or unrighteous will come about. So, why not entrust our lives to Him and receive the blessings of obedience?
Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and turn away from evil.
Proverbs 3:5-7
