GEMS from HEAVEN
Sometimes we forget how blessed we are as the people of God. For many, they see Christianity in a disparaging light. Perhaps it may come from our attitude about what we are going through as Christians. We may be giving off negative vibes about our relationship with God.
Here is the GEM: Moses reminded the people of how blessed they were to belong to God. He spoke of God’s actions of defeating their enemy, His saving of them and how victorious they will be. Today, we find those same blessings and words of comfort in Christ Jesus our Lord. All our blessing and victories are in Him. Our adversaries; Satan, the ungodly and even sin and death will crumble before us as we walk in His steps. So, blessed are we, O Christians who are following the Christ, the Son of the Living God.
"Blessed are you, O Israel; Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD, Who is the shield of your help And the sword of your majesty! So your enemies will cringe before you, And you will tread upon their high places."
